The Mental Health Humor’s Daily Doodle is not meant to be a cartoon, not meant to be funny nor witty nor even have a point; other than to create a “Daily Doodle.”
Don’t worry it will not replace the MentalHealthHumor.com cartoons. (Doodling is part of my creative process of cartooning.) It’s my belief doodling sparks creativity. My goal is to test this hypothesis out with Chato Stewart’s Daily Doodle.
Today’s Daily Doodle: I’m singing in the rain, just singing in the rain… When days go wrong, things just don’t turn out right, I like to figuratively sing the rain. Make the best of what’s going on at that moment. Something that has taken me years to learn. Still, I am learning, but life turns me upside down with my mental health symptoms. And when I have the faculties to do so, I try to make lemonade out of a lemon on a bad day. Yes, I like to sing in the rain!
“The way I see it, if you want the rainbow, you gotta put up with the rain.” ~ Dolly Parton
What do you do (when it’s raining) to keep positive?
